This opportunity is ideal for a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll bring a grounding, confident presence to this office-based position, overseeing client relationships, managing sales progression, and welcoming walk-in enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
The Package:
- Up to £28k basic (can go higher for the right experience) plus OTE £30k - £35k
- Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 - 14:00
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

The Senior Sales Negotiator Role:
- Overseeing and analysing business performance, including managing figures and KPIs
- Acting as a dependable liaison with vendors and suppliers – maintaining relationships and ensuring smooth communication
- Providing essential support across sales teams
- Ensuring daily operations run efficiently and to a high standard
The Person:
- Estate agency experience (essential)
- Strong and experienced in an office environment
- Articulate, with the confidence to liaise at all levels
- Commercially savvy – able to spot opportunities and improve processes
- Hands-on, happy to get stuck into the details as well as the bigger picture
- Driving licence (desirable not essential)
