The Company & Role: 


Harte Recruitment is working with an established Yorkshire law firm looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Corporate and Commercial team. 


You'll advise clients across the full spectrum of commercial property work, managing your own caseload while building strong, long-term client relationships and maintaining an active pipeline of work. 


It's a role for somebody who can operate autonomously but also enjoys being part of a collaborative team, using their experience to support and supervise colleagues where required. 



The Person:


  • Ideally 5–9 years' PQE with relevant Commercial Property experience 
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Commercial Property Solicitor role 
  • Previous commercial experience essential 
  • Law degree or equivalent qualification 
  • Strong commercial awareness and professional integrity 
  • Excellent client-service skills 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide practical, risk-based solutions 
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively 
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and case-management systems 
  • Regular access to a car would be advantageous 




The Commercial Property Solicitor Role:


  • Handle a broad range of commercial property matters 
  • Manage your own caseload effectively 
  • Advise clients across the full spectrum of commercial property work 
  • Build strong client relationships and help maintain a healthy pipeline 
  • Deliver consistently high levels of client service 
  • Liaise confidently with clients, agents and professional contacts 
  • Provide practical, commercially focused advice 
  • Support and supervise colleagues within the team 
  • Use the firm's case-management system to manage matters efficiently 
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Corporate and Commercial team
