Basic Salary: Up to £40k basic (depending on experience and the level being considered) plus OTE £120k–£150k+

With a new leadership team, a restructured commission model, and a clearly defined career framework, this is an opportunity for experienced property investment professionals to either join at the right level or progress quickly into more senior roles.
This is not a single, one-size-fits-all Investment Broker role. The business is hiring across multiple levels, with flexibility to appoint people based on experience and proven performance — and to support further progression once in role. Hybrid working options will be considered for the right individuals.
Clear Progression Structure
There is a transparent, non-political pathway within the business, allowing people to grow at pace:
- Investment Broker – establish performance, build a client base, and earn competitively
- Investment Director – higher basic, increased commission, greater autonomy and a high-earning, hands-off billing role
- Senior Investment Director – optional leadership route for those who want to build and manage a team
You choose your path:
- Remain a top-billing Investment Director, or
- Progress into leadership, with team override and development responsibility

The Role:
Depending on entry level, you will operate in a professional, phone-based investment sales environment where performance is rewarded properly:
- You are paid more for leads you generate yourself
- Repeat business and referrals are clearly and actively rewarded
- Additional commission is earned on enhanced units, incentives and specific development features
- Commission is calculated on purchase price, not internal fee splits

Marketing & Lead Quality
This business has long been recognised for its significant investment in marketing. With strong spend, detailed analytics and constant optimisation, there is a consistent flow of quality enquiries — allowing high-performing Investment Brokers to focus on conversion rather than chasing poor-quality leads.
Experience Required (Essential)
- Minimum 12 months’ proven off-plan or high-volume new-build property sales experience
- UK property investment experience is highly desirable
- Overseas property investment backgrounds will be considered, provided strong phone-based sales performance can be demonstrated
