Harte Recruitment is working with an established residential property business seeking a Head of Lettings & Property Management to lead its lettings and property management operation. With a strong portfolio already in place, a healthy pipeline of acquisitions and exciting plans for continued growth, this is far more than a Head of Lettings & Property Management role. The Package:
- Up to £45,000 basic salary with car allowance included (DOE) with OTE £55,000+
- Performance-related bonus structure
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 24 with service)

- Starting times 8.30am
The Head of Lettings & Property Management Role:
- Lead, motivate and develop a team across lettings, property management, administration and maintenance
- Ensure the portfolio remains fully compliant with current lettings legislation and best practice
- Support the team with more complex landlord, tenant and property matters
- Review processes and identifying smarter ways of working
- Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
- Work alongside senior leadership to help shape the future growth of the business
- Monitor performance, set objectives, inspire others and celebrate success
The Person:
You'll already be an experienced lettings professional who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems and leading by example.
- A strong background within residential lettings and property management
- Experience managing, coaching and developing successful teams
- Excellent knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
- Driver and full UK license
- A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft 365
- ARLA qualifications advantageous, but not essential
