Basic Salary: Up to £40k (D.O.E and level of you are being considered for) plus OTE £120k - £200k plus

- Investment Broker – establish your performance and client base
- Investment Director – higher basic, increased commission, greater autonomy and high-earning, hands-off role focused purely on billing
- Senior Investment Director – optional management route for those who want to build and lead a team

The Role:
As an Investment Director, you will operate in a professional, phone-based investment sales environment where performance is rewarded properly:
- You are paid more for leads you generate yourself
- Repeat business and referrals are actively and clearly rewarded
- Additional commission is earned for selling enhanced units, incentives and specific development features
- Commission is calculated on purchase price, not internal fee splits
This is a commercially intelligent structure designed to reward consistency, ownership, and long-term client relationships.
Marketing & Lead Quality
This business has long been recognised for its marketing investment. Significant spend, detailed analytics, and constant optimisation ensure a consistent flow of quality enquiries — allowing high-performing Investment Brokers to focus on conversion, not chasing poor leads.
Experience Required (Essential)
- Minimum 12 months proven off-plan or high volume new build property sales experience
- UK property investment experience is highly desirable
- Overseas property investment backgrounds will be considered, provided strong phone-based sales performance can be demonstrated
