The Package:
- £25,000 basic (DOE) with OTE £30,000
- Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm
- 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9:00am - 1:00pm (with either a half day in lieu or additional pay)
- 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Regular charity events and team initiatives
- Pool car available for business use

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you'll support buyers throughout their property search, manage enquiries, arrange viewings and build strong client relationships while gaining hands-on experience across the sales process.

The Person:
- Has experience in a customer-facing or sales environment such as retail, hospitality, cabin crew, Lettings or similar
- Enjoys building relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Is motivated, proactive and eager to build a career within the property industry
- Thrives in a busy, target-driven environment
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)
The Trainee Estate Agent Role:
- Register and qualify buyers and investors, understanding their requirements and budget
- Build relationships through proactive calls and follow-up activity
- Match applicants with suitable properties and generate viewing opportunities
- Respond to buyer enquiries, providing a professional and informative service
- Arrange and coordinate property viewings and conduct them when required
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome
- Keep vendors updated with feedback and market insight
- Work towards individual and team performance targets while receiving ongoing coaching and support
