As
Trainee Property Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, working closely with residents, contractors and colleagues to deliver a seamless resident journey from move-in through to move-out. From co-ordinating maintenance and inspections to supporting compliance and property handovers, you'll play a key role in ensuring homes are well managed and residents receive an outstanding service.
The Person:
- Previous experience or good understanding within residential property, lettings or property management.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confident using IT systems and learning new technology.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
The Trainee Property Administrator Role:
- Co-ordinating maintenance works and managing contractor relationships.
- Supporting the full resident journey, including move-ins, move-outs and resident onboarding.
- Supporting resident services across responsive maintenance, inspections, rent reviews and compliance.
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including processing invoices, maintaining accurate system records and producing reports.
- Working closely with the Void Management team and internal colleagues to ensure seamless property handovers and resident onboarding.
- Monitoring expenditure and supporting cost-effective property management.
- Delivering a proactive, resident-first service whilst ensuring legal and health & safety compliance.
