Basic Salary: From £30,000 - £35,000 per year DOE, with OTE £50,000 - £70,000 (uncapped)

They are now looking to appoint an Experienced Branch Valuer to take full ownership of valuations and new business generation within the branch.
This is not a support role — this is a true Branch Valuer position, where you will be the go-to expert for instructions, owning your patch and driving performance. The business is focused on securing a high-calibre Experienced Branch Valuer who can come in, make an immediate impact, and elevate results from day one.
The Package
- Basic salary: £30,000 – £35,000, On Target Earnings: £50,000 – £70,000 (uncapped)
- Car allowance up to £350/month
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
- Alternate Saturdays (half day, time off in lieu)

The Senior Sales Negotiator Role
- Conduct 50–60 market appraisals per period
- Secure 25–30 new listings, maintaining strong conversion ratios
- Operate as the lead valuer and key revenue driver for the branch
- Deliver a consultative, polished valuation experience
- Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors
- Manage pipeline and activity through Greenhouse (Salesforce-based CRM)
- Collaborate with the wider team to maximise branch performance and results
The Person
- Proven track record as a Sales Valuer / Lister within estate agency
- Consistently achieves valuation and listing targets
- Confident, credible, and highly polished with clients
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially focused
- Able to operate at pace and hit the ground running
- Strong team player — low ego, high standards
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Greenhouse preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
