As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be in the thick of it. Speaking with serious buyers and investors, handling negotiations properly, generating leads through proactive calling, and converting enquiries into viewings and offers. You’ll negotiate deals on behalf of vendors, advise on pricing and strategy, and work closely with the Valuer to get deals agreed and over the line.
You’ll manage a live, fast-moving pipeline, keep momentum across multiple sales, and know exactly when to push. It’s hands-on, no passengers, and you’ll be trusted to deliver.

The Package:
- Basic salary: Up to £29,000 (DOE) with OTE up to £40,000 (uncapped) per annum
- Monday to Friday 08:45 - 17:00, and 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00 - 13:00 (with either a half day off during the week or extra pay on top of basic, depending on preference)

The Senior Sales Negotiator Role:
- Register new buyers and investors, qualifying requirements, budget, and position
- Generate leads through proactive calls and follow-up with past enquiries
- Match applicants to suitable properties and promote listings to encourage viewings and offers
- Promote ancillary services and build strong, long-term relationships
- Handle buyer enquiries, provide information, and answer questions
- Arrange and coordinate viewings with external negotiators/valuers; carry out viewings when needed
- Receive, qualify, and negotiate offers on behalf of vendors
- Present and discuss offers with vendors to achieve the best outcomes
The Person:
- Minimum 3-6 years industry experience in Estate Agency/Property (Essential)
- Excellent people skills with the ability to build instant rapport
- Motivated, and keen to progress in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Full driving license (Essential): pool car available
