You’ll be joining an established Estate Agency with a lively, fast-moving team where energy, initiative, and client care are everything. From booking and conducting viewings to handling negotiations and picking up valuations when you want to grow, you’ll be at the heart of the action.

The Package
- £25,000 - £30,000 DOE (basic)
- Full-time office-based role in Bradford
- Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
- Every other Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, with a weekday off to balance the weekend shift
Sales Negotiator Role
- Manage day-to-day sales activities, from client enquiries to progressing viewings and offers
- Book and conduct property viewings
- Arrange valuations and liaise with clients
- Handle negotiations with buyers and sellers
- Opportunity to carry out valuations in the future
- Work across a broad 360° role covering most of the sales process (sales progression handled by the office team)
- Use your local market knowledge to give clients trusted advice
The Person
- Open to valuations, with experience being a plus and willingness to step in when needed
- Energetic, personable, and a strong culture fit for the office/team
- Knowledgeable about the Bradford market is valuable
- Able to provide clear, trusted advice to clients based on local market knowledge
- Mature, professional, and focused on delivering results
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has their own car (essential)
