Basic Salary: 27,000-£29,000 per annum (D.O.E) with On Target Earnings (OTE) up to £33k (uncapped)

This is a hands-on Sales Negotiator opportunity within a well-respected Agency in North Leeds, where reputation has been built on relationships, not shortcuts. From day one, you’ll be involved, this isn’t a “sit back and wait” kind of role, working as part of a close-knit team with direct exposure to senior leadership.

The Package


  • £27,000 – £29,000 basic salary (DOE) 
  • Up to £33,000 OTE with uncapped commission 
  • 30 days holiday including bank holidays (rising to 35 with service) 
  • Business mileage paid 
  • Company pension scheme 
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm 
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am – 1:00pm) 


Sales Negotiator Role


  • Qualify enquiries and convert leads into viewings and offers 
  • Manage and build relationships with buyer applicants 
  • Arrange and carry out property viewings 
  • Provide feedback and maintain strong communication with vendors 
  • Support the marketing of new instructions 
  • Ensure compliance with AML and industry regulations 
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline 
  • Work towards KPIs and sales targets 
  • Clear route into valuations, progressing into winning instructions and building your own pipeline. 


The Person


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Estate Agency in a similar role (desirable, not essential) 
  • Confident speaking to people… on the phone and face-to-face 
  • Commercial mindset with a natural ability to spot opportunities 
  • Organised, structured and able to manage a busy pipeline 
  • Positive, proactive and someone who just gets on with it 
  • Keen to progress into valuations and develop your career
