The Package:
- Up to £42,000 basic (DOE) (can go higher for the right person), plus company related profit shared bonus up to £5,000 per annum, package £47,000

The Conveyancing Executive Role:
- Manage your own caseload of around 50–60 live files from instruction through to completion and archiving, volume you can stay on top of properly
- Be the main point of contact for clients, agents and solicitors, keeping communication clear, consistent and deals moving forward
- Handle a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases without unnecessary complication or overload
- Keep files organised, accurate and under control, with the support in place to help you do it properly
- Oversee billing and SDLT, ensuring transactions complete smoothly and funds are secured without delays
- Spot issues early, resolve them quickly and keep momentum across your pipeline
- Support the wider team and step into supervisory responsibilities where needed
- Stay up to date with legal changes, keeping your knowledge sharp and relevant
The Person:
- Demonstrated background in residential conveyancing, delivering efficient case progression and swift completions
- Experienced Conveyancing Executive, Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer or similar
- Capable of handling files autonomously while maintaining high standards
- Confident managing your own caseload independently across freehold and leasehold transactions
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and keep files progressing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Windows, Word and Excel
- 2+ years’ experience at a similar level (essential)
