They are looking to appoint a Block Manager in their Leeds office, a key hire designed to support senior team members and create capacity for further growth. This Block Manager role is a genuine entry point into block/property management within a structured, professional environment.

The Package  

 

  • £28,000 basic + £3,000 car allowance (Package £31,000, might go higher for the right experience) 
  • Working hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

The Block Manager Role  


This is a development role where you will be trained to manage a residential portfolio over time, working closely with experienced property managers. 


  • Supporting the management of a residential property portfolio 
  • Assisting with communication between landlords, leaseholders, and directors 
  • Coordinating maintenance and contractor instructions 
  • Handling day-to-day queries and administrative tasks 
  • Learning compliance, legislation, and best practice within block management 
  • Gradually taking on more responsibility as your experience grows 


Full training will be provided, you do not need prior block management experience. This is an ideal opportunity to build a long-term career in a specialist area of property. 

 

The Person  


  • Experience in the Property sector (essential)
  • Lettings, Property management or residential sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong customer service or administrative roles within property 
  • Early to mid-stage in your career but with some professional experience 
  • Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders 
  • Organised, reliable, and keen to learn 
  • Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment 
  • Professional in your approach with a strong work ethic 
  • Looking for a long-term career, not just a short-term role 
  • Ongoing industry related qualifications and training covered
