The Package
- £28,000 basic + £3,000 car allowance (Package £31,000, might go higher for the right experience)
- Working hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

The Block Manager Role
This is a development role where you will be trained to manage a residential portfolio over time, working closely with experienced property managers.
- Supporting the management of a residential property portfolio
- Assisting with communication between landlords, leaseholders, and directors
- Coordinating maintenance and contractor instructions
- Handling day-to-day queries and administrative tasks
- Learning compliance, legislation, and best practice within block management
- Gradually taking on more responsibility as your experience grows
Full training will be provided, you do not need prior block management experience. This is an ideal opportunity to build a long-term career in a specialist area of property.
The Person
- Experience in the Property sector (essential)
- Lettings, Property management or residential sales experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service or administrative roles within property
- Early to mid-stage in your career but with some professional experience
- Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Organised, reliable, and keen to learn
- Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment
- Professional in your approach with a strong work ethic
