Resident Service Consultant - 1327474
Basic Salary: £40,0000 (pro rata)
Location: Chesterfield/On-site
The Company and Role Purpose:
If you’ve got a property management background and you’re good with people, not just emails but proper, face-to-face conversations, this Resident Service Consultant role might be exactly what you’re after.
The position sits within a specialist Consultancy working across the Residential Property sector. It’s hands-on, people-focused and all about how you communicate, build trust and handle conversations that need a bit more care.
You’ll be based on-site anywhere in between Derby and Sheffield, within a retirement village, acting like a third party, speaking directly with residents and guiding them through changes to their lease agreements, particularly around service charges and payment structures.
This isn’t a back-office role. As a Resident Service Consultant, you’re the person residents turn to, answering questions, managing concerns and making sure everything is clear and handled properly.
