This Part-Time Property Manager opportunity sits within a market-leading Residential Lettings Agency in Huddersfield that operates at serious scale. With a busy repairs function at its core, this is an environment where organisation, communication and pace really matter.

Part-Time Property Manager, you’ll be right at the centre of the action, coordinating repairs, managing conversations, and making sure nothing gets missed. It’s a role where you’re relied on, trusted, and kept busy in the best way, working office-based within a well-established, fast-paced team.
The Package
- From £15,600.00 per year (already pro-rated for part-time hours)
- Fixed part-time working pattern 22.5 hours per week across 3/4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am – 5pm as core days plus working 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am – 3pm)
- Flexibility to consider people looking for 2 days per week (DOE)
The Junior Estate Agency Coordinator Role:
- Handle incoming repair requests and assess maintenance issues
- Liaise with landlords and contractors to arrange works and gain approvals
- Book contractors and coordinate access to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Keep tenants, landlords and suppliers updated throughout the process
- Support the wider lettings team with general admin and property management tasks
- Work within a fast-paced repairs department where no two days are the same
The Person:
- Currently have admin, customer service or coordination experience
- Confident handling a high volume of calls and emails
- Highly organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
- Strong communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Property or maintenance knowledge desirable but not essential
- Positive, proactive attitude and someone who just gets on with it
