Working closely with the team, you’ll help keep property deals on track — speaking with buyers and vendors, organising appointments, and making sure all the important details behind the scenes are handled properly.
As Junior Estate Agency Coordinator, you’ll quickly become the person the team relies on to keep things organised and running smoothly. It’s a role that suits someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, likes speaking with people, and takes pride in making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
The Package
- Up to £27,000 DOE basic salary per annum (salary review after 12 months)
- Monday to Thursday 08:45 – 17:45 + Friday 08:45 – 17:15
- No weekend working required
- No driving license required!
The Junior Estate Agency Coordinator Role
- Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email
- Booking viewings and appointments for the sales team
- Meeting and greeting visitors in the office
- Providing vendors with weekly marketing updates and viewing feedback
- Updating property listings and adverts when required
- Acting as a point of contact for vendors once a property is instructed
- Coordinating ID checks, agency agreements and brochure approvals
- Chasing proof of funds and solicitor details once offers are agreed
- Issuing sales memorandums
- Liaising with solicitors, buyers and sellers to help keep transactions moving
- Monitoring key milestones within property sales and following up where required
- Supporting the wider sales team with general coordination and administration
The Person
- Some previous experience within the Property sector (highly desirable but not essential)
- Confident speaking with clients and colleagues on the phone
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy office environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Enjoys being part of a team and helping things run smoothly
