A well-established Estate Agency with a strong presence across the Bradford property market is looking to bring an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator into the team as the business prepares for an exciting period of growth later this year.
This Senior Sales Negotiator role offers the chance to join a professional, service-led environment where customer experience genuinely matters. You’ll be trusted to manage negotiations, register buyers and sellers, and keep deals moving — while also gaining exposure to property photography, marketing preparation and client sign-ups.
Over time, the successful Senior Sales Negotiator will also be supported to develop into conducting valuations and market appraisals, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their Estate Agency skill set and progress their career within a respected local brand.
The Package
- Up to £30,000 DOE basic salary per annum + typical OTE up to £42,000 (UNCAPPED)
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 + 1 in 4 Saturdays 09:00 - 12:30 with a half day in lieu during the week
- Office and field-based role, with local on-street parking available
The Role
- Register buyers and sellers while building strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate offers and help progress sales through to completion
- Conduct property photography and prepare listings for marketing
- Carry out property sign-ups and marketing mark-ups
- Gradually develop into conducting valuations and market appraisals
The Person
- Previous experience within Estate Agency/Property sales (essential)
- Strong negotiation skills and confident speaking with buyers and vendors
- A customer-first approach, focused on service rather than aggressive targets
- Comfortable working independently in a smaller office environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
