Harte Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for an Off Plan Investment Sales Consultant to join a streamlined, high-performing Property Investment business in Manchester. Following a recent restructure, the business now has an extremely healthy commission structure that rewards high achievers coupled with a hybrid working model for their consistent billers.
This opportunity for an Off Plan Investment Sales Consultant is strictly targeted at experienced property professionals with minimum 8-12 months and proven results in Off-Plan, New-Build, or UK investment sales.
This is a high-trust, high-performance environment designed for consultants who want more control, more upside, and a clearer path to serious earnings.
This revised commission model rewards higher performance with retroactive uplifts once revenue thresholds are reached, giving significantly improved earning potential.
The Package:
- Up to £32,000 basic salary per annum (depending on level and track performance) rising to £35,000 basic after probation + £80,000 - £120,000 OTE
- Hybrid working (1 day during probation, 2 days after; Monday & Friday office-based)

The Investment Sales Broker Role:
- Sell UK property investment opportunities in a professional, phone-based environment
- Convert warm, high-quality enquiries
- Build long-term investor relationships
- Achieve £30k net revenue monthly target (roughly 2-3 deals)
- Maintain KPIs of approximately 1.5 hours talk time or 80 dials per day (for new hires)
- Work collaboratively with marketing and sales progression teams to maximise exchanges
The Person:
- Proven track record within UK Property Investment, Off-Plan, or New-Build sales
- Evidence of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the investor sales lifecycle
- Commercially astute, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Looking for a long-term platform to maximise earnings
