The Package
- £35,000-£40,000 DOE with up to 10% annual bonus
- Working Hours: Typically Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
During the initial lease-up period:
1 in 3 Saturdays and One late shift per week, 11:30am–7:30pm
Once the development reaches a stable level of occupancy, late shifts and Saturday working will no longer be required.

Company & Role
As Leasing Manager you’ll be taking the lead on a new BTR development, taking leasing from mobilisation through to stabilisation.
You’ll be there from the beginning, giving you the opportunity to build the lettings processes, set the standards and shape how the leasing operation runs. It’s a hands-on, target-driven role where you’ll lead a small on-site team, work closely with marketing and operations, and make sure incoming leads are being turned into lets, move-ins and ultimately, occupied homes.
The Person
- Ideally have BTR leasing experience, although a strong Estate Agency/Lettings background will absolutely be considered
- Have a proven track record of hitting leasing or sales KPIs and targets
- Know the lettings process and what it takes to turn an enquiry into a successful let
- Are confident building processes and ways of working from the ground up
- Know how to lead, motivate and support a small team
- Are proactive, hands-on and happy working in a target-driven environment
- Communicate confidently with different teams and stakeholders
- Are organised, solutions-focused and comfortable working at pace
The Leasing Manager Role
- Take the lead on leasing activity from mobilisation through to stabilisation
- Work towards weekly leasing targets and occupancy KPIs
- Build and implement lettings processes from launch
- Lead and support a small on-site team
- Take incoming leads through the leasing journey and drive conversion
- Screen, meet and progress prospective residents
- Support resident onboarding and timely move-ins
- Keep a close eye on leasing performance and provide regular progress updates
- Work closely with marketing, operations and wider stakeholders
- Ensure leasing activity meets relevant legislation and requirements
