Lettings and Property Manager to join their professional lettings team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied, hands-on role combining both lettings and property management responsibilities.
As the
Lettings and Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring exceptional service for landlords and tenants alike. With inspections and inventories outsourced, you’ll be free to focus on dealing with new and existing tenants, client care, efficient property management, and smooth day-to-day operations.
The Package:
- Up to £35,000 per annum (D.O.E)
- Full-time, office-based role (Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays, with time off in lieu during the week

The Lettings and Property Manager Role:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 100 residential properties
- Oversee lettings, renewals, and tenancy administration
- Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with property legislation and company policies
- Manage outsourced inspections and inventories
- Maintain accurate records and effective communication throughout the tenancy cycle
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service across all locations
- Carry out viewings
- Oversee the check in and check out process
The Person:
- Proven experience in residential lettings and property management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy, client-focused environment
- Knowledge of Harrogate, or North Yorkshire market (desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence and own car required
