The Package
- £35,000 basic (DOE) with OTE £50,000
- Mon – Thurs 09:00 to 17:30 Fri 09:00 to 17:00, First Friday of every month 09:00 – 13:00
- 25 days holidays plus BH, increases due to length of service up to maximum 30 days plus BH.

The Lettings Manager Role
- Own the full lettings cycle from instruction to completion
- Manage multiple clients with confidence and pace
- Build, develop and strengthen landlord relationships
- Lead a team of 2–3 negotiators
- Set clear KPIs, improve conversion, and elevate performance standards
- Bring structure, pace, and accountability
- Operate with real autonomy
The Person
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager (2+ years essential)
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing directly with landlords
- Strong negation, sales and customer service skills dealing with multiple landlords, beyond BTR/compliance (essential)
- Team player who leads and develops others
- Commercially minded and driven
- Quick to identify issues and take action to resolve them
- ARLA Propertymark qualification or working towards (desirable)
- Full UK Driving licence (preferred)
