The Property Manager Role
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties end-to-end
- Overseeing check-ins & check-outs
- Handling deposit protection and manage releases
- Managing rental arrears and liaising with tenants and landlords
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with the dedicated team to ensure timely completion
- Ensuring all compliance & safety certifications are up to date for all properties
- Liaising with property inspectors on inventories and reports
- Keeping systems accurate, organised, and up to date
The Person
- Proven Property Management experience (Essential)
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Confident using property management systems and handling admin tasks
