This is an excellent opportunity for a lettings professional who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people, building relationships and playing a key role in a busy and successful lettings operation.
This Lettings Negotiator role offers far more variety than a typical office-based negotiator role, you'll spend much of your time out and about conducting viewings, carrying out inventories and delivering a first-class customer experience across one of Manchester's most active lettings markets.
The Package
- Up to £28,000 basic with up to £30,000 OTE
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- One in three Saturdays (approximately 9:00am – 4:00pm)
- Mileage allowance for business travel
- Access to company pool vehicle when required, mileage paid if requested to use own

The Lettings Negotiator Role
- Conducting property viewings
- Carrying out inventories
- Negotiating offers and progressing lets
- Managing applicant enquiries and matching suitable properties
- Building strong relationships with tenants and landlords
- Maintaining accurate property and applicant records
- Supporting the wider lettings team during busy periods
- Delivering a professional and efficient customer journey from enquiry through to move-in
The Person
- Previous lettings experience (essential)
- Experience within student or HMO lettings (ideal)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A proactive and dependable approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A customer-first mindset
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
