They're looking for a Property Maintenance Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, delivering an outstanding experience for residents from move-in through to move-out. 

This is a varied role, as Property Maintenance Co-ordinator you'll work closely with residents, contractors and colleagues, ensuring homes are well managed, compliant and maintained to a high standard. 

 

 

The Package


  • Up to £27,000 (DOE) 
  • Full time office based until probation passed (6 months) then can be flexible (up to 2 days working from home) Hybrid
  • 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (increasing with service up to a maximum of 30 days)

The Property Maintenance Co-ordinator Role  

 

  • Coordinating maintenance works and managing contractor relationships. 
  • Supporting the full tenancy journey, including move-ins, move-outs and resident onboarding. 
  • Arranging inspections, supporting rent reviews and ensuring properties remain compliant. 
  • Processing invoices, coding costs and maintaining accurate property records. 
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless property handovers. 
  • Monitoring costs and helping maximise the performance of the property portfolio. 
  • Delivering a proactive, resident-first service whilst ensuring legal and health & safety compliance. 

 

The Person  

 

  • Previous experience within residential property, lettings or property management. 
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. 
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. 
  • Confidence using property management software and digital systems. 
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Experience processing invoices, coding costs and working accurately with data. 
  • The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
