Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (D.O.E)

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full management cycle, including inspections, maintenance coordination, tenancy renewals, rent monitoring, and dispute resolution. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager who enjoys variety, responsibility, and playing a key role within a busy, successful office.
The Package:
- Up to £30,000 basic salary per annum (DOE)
- Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 - 14:00
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

The Property Manager role:
- Build strong relationships to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenants remain satisfied
- Conduct thorough internal and external inspections, providing detailed reports and recommendations
- Manage the full check-out process, including deposit returns and dispute resolution, with professionalism and care
- Handle maintenance requests and liaise with contractors to deliver timely, effective solutions
- Oversee tenancy renewals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards and lettings legislation
- Monitor rent payments, prepare financial reports, and support maintenance budgeting
The Person:
- Previous experience in Property Management and/or Lettings (essential)
- Confident in carrying out inventories and property inspections
- Proactive, highly organised, and knowledgeable about lettings regulations
- Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support a wide range of clients
- Skilled problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Full driving licence and access to own transport (essential)
