Basic Salary: Between £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE) + up to £29,500 OTE

Harte Recruitment is partnering with a leading independent estate and letting agency to recruit a Sales Progressor for their high achieving Newcastle team.

As Sales Progressor, you’ll take ownership of a pipeline of property sales, managing the process from instruction through to exchange and completion. Working closely with solicitors, clients, and agents, you’ll ensure each transaction runs smoothly and efficiently. Candidates with backgrounds in Residential Sales, Conveyancing, or Property Law will be strongly considered.
The Package:
- Between £26,000 - £28,000 basic salary per annum (DOE) + up to £29,500 OTE
- Hybrid role – up to 2 days per week working remotely
- Monday – Friday 08:45 – 17:00

The Sales Progressor Role:
- Manage and progress a pipeline of property sales from instruction to completion
- Liaise with solicitors, clients, agents, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
- Advice on leasehold matters and building safety documentation
- Resolve issues delaying progression and keep all parties updated
- Support the team with legal/compliance knowledge, documentation, and due diligence
The Person:
- Previous experience working in residential sales or within a conveyancing/property law environment (essential)
- Knowledge of leasehold sales and the Building Safety Act (essential)
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and client-facing
