The Company and Role Purpose:
Harte Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a long-established and respected property agency based in Worksop. They specialise in residential lettings, professional property management and high-quality sales services, and are now seeking a proactive and driven Lettings and Property Manager to join their busy, fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position that combines hands-on letting work with day-to-day property management duties.
As the Lettings and Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the lettings process from start to finish, supporting tenants and landlords, handling maintenance coordination, and carrying out property visits. With a blend of office and field-based work, this position offers both variety and autonomy, with the opportunity to grow into wider responsibilities over time.
The Package:
- Up to £27,000 basic, with OTE up to £30,000
- £15 bonus per re-let
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:00pm, plus Saturdays 9:00am–1:00pm on a 2-on/4-off rota (Saturdays begin after probation).
- Free parking
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
The Lettings and Property Manager Role:
- Carry out property viewings with prospective tenants
- Prepare tenancy agreements and complete referencing
- Coordinate property maintenance and liaise with contractors, tenants, and landlords
- Manage full lettings administration from enquiry to move-in
- Conduct property inspections when required
- Deliver excellent service and communication to all clients
- Support the Lettings Manager across all aspects of the lettings process
The Person:
- Strong administrative background with excellent customer service skills
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated, reliable, and able to use initiative
- Some lettings or property experience preferred but not essential
- Friendly, professional and capable of building good relationships
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
