Basic Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 OTE (D.O.E)

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a vital part in driving property sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for buyers and sellers, ensuring every client receives a professional and seamless experience throughout their property journey.
The Package:
- £30,000 – £35,000 OTE (D.O.E)
- Monday – Friday 08:45 – 17:30 + 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 – 16:00 (with day back in lieu during same week)
- 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)

The Sales Negotiator Role:
- Achieving and exceeding KPIs: Proactively hitting sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on service quality.
- Offering mortgage advice and guidance: Providing clients with clear, practical advice on financial options, helping them make confident decisions.
- Managing property chains with professionalism and care: Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other agents to keep transactions moving smoothly.
- Building strong client relationships: Developing trust and rapport with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensuring smooth transactions: Handling negotiations and progressing sales from offer through to completion with efficiency and attention to detail.

- On the ball, proactive, and motivated
- Experienced in Estate Agency, with solid local market knowledge
- Professional, well-presented, and confident in client-facing situations
- Strong on the phone, with excellent negotiation skills
- In possession of a full driving licence and own car (essential)
