Sales Negotiator - 1272673

Basic Salary: Between £26,000 - £28,000 per annum + £30,000 - £32,000 OTE (commission is 3-4% based on completions)

In this office-based Sales Negotiator role, you’ll learn to register applicants, match them with suitable properties, support negotiations, and guide clients through every stage of the buying and selling process. With hands-on training and dedicated mentorship, you’ll quickly build the skills and confidence to progress within the industry.

The Package:


  • Between £26,000 - £28,000 basic salary per annum + between £30,000 - £32,000 OTE (commission is 3-4% based on completions) 
  • 22 days annual leave per annum + bank holidays 
  • Full-time hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 + 1 in 4 Saturdays (time off in lieu in the week) 
  • Part-time hours also available at 4 full days per week (09:00 - 17:00) + 1 in 4 Saturdays (time off in lieu in the week) 
  • Above salary package to be pro-rata’d for part-time hours 
  • Company pension scheme



The Sales Negotiator Role:


  • Register and match applicants to suitable properties, maintaining an organised database with regular follow-ups 
  • Achieve sales targets by driving performance, converting new business opportunities, and generating referrals for related services 
  • Negotiate between vendors and buyers, overseeing sales progression to ensure smooth transactions 
  • Maintain clear communication with vendors on feedback, offers, and marketing updates 
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with GDPR, AML, and housing legislation 
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions

  • Has strong communication and negotiation skills 
  • Highly organised, problem solves and manages workload with ease
