Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Based in North Leeds, this thriving and well-established office plays a key role in the local property market. As Property Manager, you’ll act as the main point of contact for all aspects of property management. From inspections and inventories to check-outs, deposit returns, and dispute resolution, you’ll be involved at every stage of the process.
This position is perfectly suited to someone who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is confident managing their workload with minimal supervision.
The Package:
- Up to £30,000 basic salary per annum (DOE)
- Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 + ad hoc Saturdays (if and when needed)
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Extra annual leave given during Christmas period (discretionary)

The Property Manager role:
- Building strong relationships to maintain own property portfolio and keep tenants happy
- Carrying out internal and external inspections with detailed reports and recommendations
- Overseeing the check-out process, deposit returns, and disputes with professionalism and care
- Handling maintenance requests, working with contractors to ensure fast and effective resolutions
- Managing tenancy renewals and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and on time
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and lettings legislation
- Supporting marketing efforts by creating property listings and conducting viewings
- Monitoring rent payments, preparing financial reports, and assisting with maintenance budgeting
The Person:
- Extensive Property Management and/or Lettings experience (essential)
- Experience in carrying out inventories and property inspections
- Proactive, well-organised, and up-to-speed with lettings regulations
- A knack for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling diverse client needs
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the skills to juggle tasks effectively
- Driving licence and own transport (essential)
