As a Senior Client Sales Consultant, you’ll take pre-qualified leads and convert them into committed investors - guiding clients through smart, profitable decisions while building long-term relationships.

You’ll manage a portfolio of high-ticket clients, keep complex deals moving smoothly from engagement to completion, and play a pivotal role in helping clients grow substantial investment portfolios. The Package:
- Up to £36,000 basic salary per annum (DOE) + £65,000 - £70,000 OTE
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible between 08:00 - 18:00)
- 25 days holiday plus birthday off and public/bank holidays
- Office-based, fully equipped with phone and laptop
The Senior Client Sales Consultant Role:
- Conduct consultative calls with warm, pre-qualified leads
- Lead clients through the decision-making process with clarity and professionalism
- Handle objections and questions confidently using a structured, high-value approach
- Present the value of investment opportunities and secure client commitments
- Maintain CRM records accurately and manage pipeline efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and enhance client experience
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
The Person:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in closing high-value, consultative sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with CRM tools
- Desirable: experience in property investment, financial services, or advisory-led industries
- Full valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
