The Package:
- Flexible hours: 4–6 hours per day (negotiable)
- Start time: Between 07:00–08:00, with the option for split shifts
- Work location: Preference for hybrid or full-time in office, but fully remote is considered for the right candidate living ONLY in the North of England.
- Salary: Up to £31,200 (dependent on experience) per annum (full-time equivalent). Actual pay will be pro-rata based on your hourly rate and the number of hours worked.
The Property Resourcing Consultant Role:
- Reviewing and screening warm incoming applications from job boards and other sources
- Outbound calling leads and conducting initial telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability and qualification.
- Diary management and coordination and recording detailed notes and upload onto the in-house database
- Writing engaging candidate blurbs and candidate profiles.
- Proactively reaching out to lapsed, warm, and hot leads on the internal database and presenting profiles to the team to match against existing vacancies.
- Always Representing Harte Recruitment professionally
- Providing regular updates on progress and candidate pipelines
- Any other ad hoc administrative duties as and when needed.
The Person:
- Has a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
- Must have experience in residential sales or property investment sales (essential)
- Confident in managing multiple tasks and communicating professionally with clients and candidates
- Driven, proactive, and motivated to deliver results
