This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Negotiator to join a forward-thinking, high-performing team. As Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of the business — building strong relationships with buyers and sellers, conducting engaging property viewings, and negotiating successful offers that deliver outstanding results. You’ll take ownership of sales progression, ensuring a seamless journey from offer to completion through proactive communication and meticulous attention to detail.
The Package:
- Up to £32,000 per annum (inclusive of basic salary and OTE)
- Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9:00am – 3:00pm (with time off in lieu)

The Sales Negotiator Role:
- Conduct property viewings and provide an excellent client experience
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
- Manage sales progression, ensuring a smooth transaction through to completion
- Proactively generate leads and follow up on enquiries to maximise opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks and marketing initiatives
The Person:
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, professional, and target-driven with a positive attitude
- Organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage busy workloads
- Previous Estate Agency experience (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
