The Package:
- Up to £29,000 basic salary per annum (D.O.E) + OTE up to £35,000
- Discretionary company bonus
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00 am – 4:00 pm)

The Residential Sales Negotiator role:
- Work towards targets, drive performance and exceed expectations
- Handle enquiries from vendors and purchasers, providing knowledgeable and attentive assistance
- Actively seek valuation opportunities and follow the necessary processes to secure appointments
- Book viewings in a professional, friendly, and proactive manner, ensuring all relevant information is effectively communicated
- Generate new business leads and actively prospect for potential clients
- Manage the sales progression process, ensuring smooth transitions for all parties involved
- Negotiate offers to maximise outcomes for clients
- Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and procedures
- Keep vendors updated on the progress of their property listings
- Gather and provide feedback from property viewings to enhance customer service
The Person:
- Residential sales experience (essential)
- Articulate, confident, and personable, with excellent communication abilities
- Target-driven mindset, motivated to achieve and exceed goals
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
