Sales Negotiator - 1244469
Basic salary: £25,000 plus commission (approximately £6,000), with OTE of £30,000+
Location: Bradford

They are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their Bradford team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for property and a flair for sales to grow their career with a trusted and forward-thinking agency.
The Package:
- Salary circa £25,000 plus commission (approximately £6,000), with OTE of £30,000+
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturdays: minimum 1 in 4 rota, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, with time off in lieu
The Role:
- Manage the sales process as the main point of contact for buyers and sellers
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance throughout the sales journey
- Negotiate offers and prepare sales documentation accurately and timely
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent customer experience
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed branch sales targets
The Person:
- Sales/letting experience preferred but not essential
- Enthusiastic about property and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients
- Proactive, resilient, and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
