Sales Negotiator - 1323950

Basic Salary: Up to £26,000 DOE per annum (flexible for the right person)

+ uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of minimum £35,000+

Location: Leeds

The Company and Role Purpose:

If you enjoy the buzz of property deals but want to spend your time closing them rather than driving to viewings, this could be the role for you.

A fast-growing Residential Property buying business in Leeds is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join its high-performing team. With a steady flow of enquiries and deals moving quickly from offer to completion, the role focuses on keeping transactions progressing, negotiating effectively and getting deals over the line.

Unlike traditional Estate Agency, this Sales Negotiator position is fully office-based, with external viewing agents handling property visits. Your focus is where the action is — speaking with buyers and sellers, coordinating the process, negotiating terms and progressing deals at pace. You’ll be joining a young, driven team in a business with a strong reputation across the Leeds market, operating within a modern property investment model that prioritises speed, efficiency and results.

For someone who wants to earn a higher OTE than what most traditional Estate Agents can offer, we would like to hear from you.
