Basic Salary: Up to £25,000 DOE per annum + up to £35,000 OTE uncapped

A respected, market-leading Residential Sales & Lettings Agency in Newcastle is looking to appoint a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join its high-energy, results-focused team. This is an opportunity to step into Estate Agency with the backing of an established brand, a busy pipeline of stock, and experienced professionals who know how to win instructions and close deals.
The successful Trainee Sales Negotiator will join a fast-moving office environment where activity levels are high and success is recognised. With quality property stock, consistent enquiry levels and strong local market presence, this is a role where the right individual can quickly build confidence, develop negotiation skills and start contributing to deals.
This opportunity suits someone from a customer-facing or sales background, such as retail sales, cabin crew, hospitality or Lettings, but all industries are welcome.
The Package
- Up to £25,000 DOE basic salary per annum + up to £35,000 OTE uncapped
- Monday – Friday 08:45 – 17:00 + 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00 – 13:00 (with either a half day off in lieu or additional pay)
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

The Trainee Sales Negotiator Role
- Register new buyers and investors, qualifying their requirements, budget and position
- Generate leads through proactive calls and follow-ups with past enquiries
- Match applicants to suitable properties and promote listings to generate viewings
- Handle buyer enquiries and provide clear, helpful information
- Arrange and coordinate property viewings with negotiators and valuers
- Conduct viewings if and when required
- Receive and qualify offers, negotiating on behalf of vendors
- Present offers and feedback to vendors to help achieve the best outcome
- Work to individual and team KPI’s and targets
The Person
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Background in retail sales, customer service, cabin crew, hospitality or Lettings considered
- Positive attitude with a genuine interest in property
- Motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Full driving licence essential (pool car available)
