As a Sales Progressor, you will proactively manage a pipeline of property sales from instruction through to exchange and completion, working closely with solicitors, clients, and agents to ensure a smooth process. The role will consider backgrounds in Residential Sales, Conveyancing or Property Law.

The Sales Progressor Role:
- Manage and progress a pipeline of property sales from instruction to completion
- Liaise with solicitors, clients, agents, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
- Advice on leasehold matters and building safety documentation
- Resolve issues delaying progression and keep all parties updated
- Support the team with legal/compliance knowledge, documentation, and due diligence
The Person:
- Previous experience working in residential sales or within a conveyancing/property law environment
- Knowledge of leasehold sales and the Building Safety Act essential
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and client-facing
- Able to manage multiple cases and commute to Manchester City Centre
