Harte Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a leading property investment consultancy renowned for delivering exclusive off-plan and buy-to-let opportunities across the UK and overseas. With a strong track record of working directly with developers to bring high-yield projects to market, the team is now looking to welcome a driven and experienced Senior Investment Sales Consultant to join their Manchester office and play a key role in driving investor engagement and sales success.
As a Senior Investment Sales Consultant, this role involves engaging with investors who have shown interest in property investments through various channels, conducting persuasive sales conversations both over the phone and digital platforms. You will present investment opportunities, address client enquiries, and close sales with confidence.
The Package:
- Basic salary of £30k with £100k OTE (can increase this basic for the right person), plus up to 25% commission and an extra 5% for referrals/repeat business, paid on exchange (typically 1–3 months).
- Standard working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm, with flexibility for an earlier start/finish, and hybrid working with a minimum of two days in the office (Tuesday and Thursday)
- 23 days holiday plus UK bank holidays, with an extra day added each year after 5 years’ service
- Annual company trip abroad
- Laptop, mobile phone, and business expenses provided
- 3-month guaranteed commission available for the right person
The Person:
- Proven background in property investment or consultative sales
- Strong communication and closing skills, both over the phone and online
- Confident presenting to high-net-worth individuals and decision-makers
- Highly organised with a detail-oriented approach to managing sales pipelines
- Proactive, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
