The results were:
👉 Poor leadership / management - 40%
👉 Toxic team culture - 46%
👉 Office politics - 1%
👉 Lack of support or trust - 13%
These results don’t surprise us one bit because we’ve seen the effects of a toxic working environment time and time again.
