Basic Salary: £26,000–£27,000 per annum uncapped commission (OTE £35,000+)

An award-winning residential agency in Newcastle is expanding its auction division and is looking for a Property Auction Specialist to secure new auction instructions and close deals.

This Property Auction Specialist role is target-driven and commission-led, offering uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £35,000+. Ideal for an experienced property sales professional who enjoys winning business, building relationships, and seeing a direct financial reward from their performance. 

The Property Auction Specialist Role:



• Win new property instructions for auction through proactive business development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, investors, and partner agents
• Advise clients on auction strategy, pricing, and timelines
• Negotiate and agree sales with confidence
• Manage opportunities from instruction through to completion
• Hit and exceed targets by maximising every lead
• Maintain strong local market and auction knowledge

The Package:

• £26,000–£27,000 basic salary per annum
• Uncapped commission (OTE £35,000+)
• Monday–Friday, 08:45–17:00 (no weekends)
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays

• Previous residential property sales experience (estate agency essential)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Motivated, resilient, and commercially minded
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
