Basic Salary: Up to £40k (depending on experience and the level being considered) plus OTE £120k–£150k+

This Senior Investment Broker role is ideal for someone with proven off-plan or new-build sales experience who wants better commission, stronger leads, and a transparent progression structure.
The Senior Investment Broker Role:
- Sell UK property investment opportunities in a professional, phone-based environment
- Convert high-quality inbound enquiries generated through strong marketing spend
- Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
- Earn increased commission on self-generated leads
- Benefit from additional commission on enhanced units, incentives, and development features
- Be paid commission on purchase price, not internal fee splits
Experience Required:
- Minimum 12 months’ off-plan or high-volume new-build property sales experience
- UK property investment experience preferred
- Overseas investment sales backgrounds considered with strong phone-based performance
