Basic Salary: Up to £40k (depending on experience and the level being considered) plus OTE £120k–£150k+

This Investment Director position is designed for proven billers who want greater autonomy, higher earnings, and a hands-off billing focus, without being forced into management unless they choose to.

The Investment Director Role:

• Operate as a senior, high-performing Investment Director focused on billing
• Manage and convert high-value investor relationships
• Earn enhanced commission levels and higher basic salary
• Generate and monetise repeat business and referrals
• Receive additional commission on premium units and incentives
• Be paid on purchase price, not internal splits
• Optional progression into senior leadership

Experience Required:

• Strong track record in UK property investment sales
• Proven high-billing performance in off-plan or new-build property
