With a strong reputation for delivering bold, standout work, they are now expanding their talented creative team and are looking for a Graphic Designer based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative thinker with a passion for property marketing to make their mark in a fast-paced, innovative agency environment.



As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing bold, high-quality branding, digital and print campaigns for leading property clients. You’ll take ideas from concept through to final execution, ensuring every piece aligns with brand and commercial goals. Working closely with the creative and account teams, you’ll help push creative boundaries while managing multiple projects with precision and flair.



The Package:


  • Basic Salary £35k (D.O.E)
  • Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5.30pm, with a 5pm finish on Fridays, plus flexible working hours and regular social events
  • One day per week hybrid working from home can be offered

The Role:


  • Create high-quality branding, digital, and print designs for major property clients
  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns that stand out in a competitive market
  • Take projects from concept to final execution
  • Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with creative and account management teams to drive innovation
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
  • Contribute to the agency’s creative growth and visual standards



The Person:


  • At least 3 years’ experience in a creative agency or in-house design role
  • Experience in the property sector (commercial/industrial) preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating skills across branding, digital, and print
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a flair for big ideas
  • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver under pressure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about design trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table
