As Head of Commercial Property, you'll lead the department while continuing to advise on complex commercial property matters. Alongside managing your own high-quality caseload, you'll mentor the team, strengthen client relationships and help drive the firm's continued growth. 

The Person 

We're looking for someone who: 

• Is a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE 
• Has leadership or departmental management experience 
• Has strong technical knowledge across acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work 
• Is commercially minded and confident building client relationships 
• Enjoys mentoring, developing people and leading by example 

The Head of Commercial Property Role 

• Lead and develop the Commercial Property team 
• Manage complex commercial property transactions 
• Oversee quality, compliance and matter progression 
• Support business development and win new work 
• Build long-term client relationships 
• Work closely with other legal teams to deliver exceptional client service 
• Drive departmental performance and future growth
