This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where you'll build relationships, negotiate deals, generate new business and manage the lettings journey from enquiry through to move-in. The Person:

- Hold a full UK manual driving licence
Previous lettings experience is preferred, but we'll also consider candidates with the right attitude, transferable skills and a genuine desire to succeed.
The Lettings Negotiator Role:
- Register applicants and arrange viewings
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
- Build strong relationships with landlords and applicants
- Keep clients updated throughout the lettings process
- Progress tenancies from offer to move-in
- Generate new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving targets
