The Package:
- £27,500 - £35,500 (DOE)
- Hybrid working (up to 2 days from home after probation)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with unofficial early finish every Friday (workload permitting)

This is the perfect opportunity to move from traditional Property Management. As Trainee Block Property Manager, you'll work alongside experienced Property Managers, receive full training whilst managing your own portfolio, carry out site inspections, coordinate maintenance, and manage service charge budgets, attend resident meetings and build strong relationships with clients and contractors.

- Have experience in residential property, lettings or property management
- Be organised and able to prioritise a busy workload
- Build strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Be resilient and proactive with drive to build a long-term career in Block Management
- Enjoy being solutions-focused and take ownership
- Have excellent communication skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence
The Trainee Block Property Manager Role:
- Manage your own residential portfolio and build trusted client relationships
- Carry out regular property inspections
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance and ensure health & safety compliance
- Manage service charge budgets
- Attend resident and AGM meetings
- Develop specialist Block Management expertise through funded training
