Basic Salary: Up to £27,000 salary per annum

The Package:


  • Up to £27,000 salary per annum
  • Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (40-hour work week, inclusive of breaks) Flexible start and finish times could be negotiated.
  • 26 days annual leave per annum (+ 1 additional day per years’ service up to maximum of 30 days) + bank holidays

The Lettings Coordinator Role:


  • Support the Senior Manager – Lettings & Resident Experience in meeting KPIs, with a focus on sales and let volumes
  • Ensure prompt, high-quality property marketing
  • Manage enquiries, arrange viewings, and gather feedback
  • Coordinate applications and third-party referencing
  • Gather resident feedback to identify risks and improvements
  • Log and resolve complaints in line with policy
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives to increase property visibility
  • Support new resident service initiatives to enhance the resident journey
  • Handle admin tasks including data entry and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all resident service regulations
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus
  • Leverage technology for efficiency and speed



The Person:


  • Knowledge of property marketing, lettings, and the real estate sector
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Technologically savvy and comfortable with digital tools
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and customer-centric
