Marketing Manager - 1278580
Basic Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Gateshead
The Company and Role Purpose:
At Harte Recruitment, we love connecting great talent with exciting opportunities – and this one’s a standout! We’re partnering with a leading property investment company to find their next Marketing Manager, based in Gateshead.
This role is all about action. If you’re someone who thrives on implementing ideas and bringing strategies to life – rather than just coming up with them – then this could be the perfect fit. You’ll be hands-on, working on the front line to make campaigns happen and deliver real results.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of executing the digital marketing strategy – covering social media, SEO, website management, and email campaigns. You’ll also manage and coordinate an overseas marketing team, ensuring smooth delivery across projects. The mission? To boost brand visibility, engage audiences, and generate leads to support global sales.
Property experience is a bonus not essential, but what really counts is energy, proactivity, and a passion for making things happen.

- £40,000 to £55,000 basic salary per annum (DOE)
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
