Harte Recruitment is working with a growing residential property business that manages high-quality rental homes and Build-to-Rent developments across the UK. 

 

They're now looking to appoint a Property Administrator to support their Lettings and Property Management teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment and loves being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Package  

 

  • Up to £26,000 basic (DOE) 
  • Mon – Thurs 09:00 to 17:30 Fri 09:00 to 17:00, First Friday of every month early finish 09:00 – 13:00  
  • 23 days holidays plus BH, increases due to length of service up to maximum 30 days plus BH.

The Property Administrator Role  

 

  • Book and coordinate property viewings. 
  • Process tenancy applications and chase referencing. 
  • Prepare tenancy documentation and support move-ins. 
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to enquiries. 
  • Create and update property listings on Rightmove and other portals. 
  • Arrange inspections and support the Property Management team. 
  • Maintain accurate property, landlord and tenant records. 
  • Provide general administration support across the business. 

 

The Person  

 

  • Previous administration experience within property, lettings, estate agency or customer service. 
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and telephone skills. 
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proactive, positive and enjoys being part of a team. 
  • Experience using CRM or property software would be advantageous.
